Mr. Plascencia has a strong background in IT support and project management, with experience in managing litigation technology and network infrastructure, where he has trained and mentored 50+ legal staff members in software and hardware proficiency. His leadership extended internationally when he established a call center in Mexico, streamlining remote operations. Additionally, he spearheaded the firm’s website and database development, reducing IT costs by implementing innovative solutions like cloud solutions, SMS marketing, file management system and a robust case management software.

 

As a Medical Interpreter and Translator, Hugo has provided Spanish - English translation services for Honor Health and Catholic Healthcare Workplace for nearly two decades, ensuring accurate communication across emergency, therapy, and general practice departments. His expertise in medical terminology and compliance strengthens patient care, while his role as an IT liaison has further optimized departmental workflows.
